Beautiful e-mail client for managing your e-mails and improve your productivity by scheduling or tracking emails, by marking them to be read at a later time, and so on
Polymail is an account-based email management platform that aims to improve your productivity level thanks to small yet essential adjustments.
Once you log into the Polymail app, you are prompted to add the email accounts you want to manage. Right now, the platform can work with Gmail and iCloud accounts, but keep in mind the project is still under development. The list of future integrations includes Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or any IMAP account.
Bring multiple email accounts under the same roof and keep track of all your contacts
Whenever you send an email by using Polymail, the utility can track if the recipient has read your message, and displays an alert via the Notifications Center. In addition, if there are more than one recipients, Polymail can also tell you exactly who has seen the email.
Get hold of your communications and deal with them any way you like
However, during our tests, we have noticed that the Polymail counter will sometimes mark a message as read, with or without sending an alert, even though the email has not been read by the recipient. You should also be able to unsend emails, but we have not been able to use this function.
Other improvements include the fact that you can schedule emails to be sent at a later time, or to “snooze” dealing with them: you can program messages that are not urgent to show up in your Inbox again at a later date.
Last but not least, Polymail can streamline the newsletter unsubscription process by quickly launching in your web browser the form you need to submit to stop receiving the emails.
Alternative email management platform that still requires some work
Polymail aims to help you manage all your email accounts via a beautiful user interface and keep track of everything even when you are on the go, hence the mobile component.
Like most projects that are still accessible via invite only, Polymail has functions that do not work properly or that seem not to be implemented, but the platform certainly has a lot of potential.
