Spyrix Employee Monitoring is a reliable tool for computer activity supervising, which allows you to monitor PC users from afar. The application can record several activity traces, such as clipboard content, pressed keys, visited websites or opened files. Moreover, it can take impromptu snapshots.
Remote surveillance system
Spyrix Employee Monitoring can record the activity of all the users who log in to the station on which it is installed. It can automatically send the results to a cloud account that you can create on the Spyrix Employee Monitoring website, as attachment to emails, or upload them to a remote location.
The supported storage spaces for remote monitoring include a FTP server, a local network, Google Drive or Dropbox. You may easily configure the option which suits you best, in step 6 of the setup wizard. All activity logs can be sent to the indicated address, according to the selected schedule.
User activity monitoring
Spyrix Employee Monitoring allows you to view the activity of all users who log in to a particular station, including the administrator of the PC. The program can run in hidden mode and allows you to set the level of stealth you wish: mask it traces in Task Manager, on the Desktop, in Start Menu, installed programs and system tray.
The event log includes keyboard events, screenshots, clipboard contents, visited webpages and activity on social network pages. Moreover, it can take webcam snapshots of the user, record sound or video, as well as create a blacklist for specific websites. The Scheduler can determine a custom recording system.
Hide and unhide the program
Spyrix Employee Monitoring’s interface can be prompted using a specific hotkey combination and optionally a password you need to set in advance. It is recommended that you remember this password as the program does not offer the possibility to retrieve it. Moreover, you can set a size limit for storing the recorded logs.
